UA joins ASEAN Exhibit

University of Antique together with the rest of Western Visayas Association of Higher Education Institutions commemorates the 56th Association of South East Asian Nation (ASEAN) Founding Anniversary through an ASEAN Exhibit organized by Commission on Higher Education (CHED) Region VI at SM City Iloilo, August 29-September 01.

With the theme, “ASEAN Matters: Epicentrum of Growth” the exhibit served as a platform for universities to showcase the culture and tradition of ASEAN countries through cuisine, costumes, and arts, as well as the products of the different HEIs.

The Recreational, Social, and Cultural Services (RSCS) Office of the University also gave color to the event with Brunei themed booth and Brunei Dance performed by University Dance Ensemble.
