UA joins 10th PITYLC

Heeding to the call of championing sustainable communities, Student Leaders, Advisers, and Sangguniang Kabataan Members from the University of Antique joined the Tenth Philippines I Transform! Young Leaders Convention (PITYLC) at Teacher’s Camp, Baguio City, August 17-22.

Imparting knowledge to thousands of participants Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr., also served as Keynote Speaker discussing Bamboo Power: Harnessing and Synergy Sustainable Solutions during the Plenary Session.

Array of activities such as Kabataan Fair, SDG Convergence, and Cultural Expo were conducted that advocates for the involvement of young people in the localization of the Millennium Development Goals and its successor agenda.

PITYLC was first conducted in 2012 and now continues to empower young leaders all over the country to be agents of transformation./IAP
