UA-C conducts lecture and training on seaweed chip production

University of Antique Caluya (UA-C) Extension holds a lecture and hands-on training on seaweed chip production to 25 selected seaweed planters of Barangay Imba, at UA-C TechnoHub, May 6.

The lecture and training is part of the extension project of the campus, dubbed as “Financial Education and Livelihood Improvement through Seaweeds Processing Technology Project: A Community-Based Extension Project of the University of Antique-Caluya Extension Campus for selected beneficiaries of Brgy. Imba, Caluya, Antique”.

The extension project lead by Prof. Julrey M. Cabagay, Campus Administrator, Prof. James Edward M. Guanzon, Extension Coordinator, Bacelor of Science in Hospitality Management Faculty, and with the support of the Local Government of Caluya, was also participated by students, faculty, and staff of UA-C./ IAP-UA-C
