We are thrilled to announce that internationally renowned Executive Chef Martin Bower will be joining us for a Culinary Masterclass on April 8, 2025, 8:30 – 11:30 AM, at the Paghiusa Hall of the Main Campus.

Chef Martin holds a Diploma of Advanced Culinary, and excels in optimizing kitchen operations, enforcing food safety, and crafting innovative menus. With his extensive experience on managing diverse food and beverage operations and as a culinary educator across Asia and Europe, he will surely share decades of culinary expertise to our selected participants.

This initiative, which is part of Adapper Management Consultancy Services’ (AMC) commitment in supporting its partner institutions, is spearheaded by the International Affairs Unit in collaboration with the College of Business and Accountancy (CBA), College of Industrial Technology (CIT), College of Teacher Education (CTE), together with our external campuses.
