UA Kiosk - Online Viewing of Grades, an online grade kiosk application
provided by
University of
Antique. This application is designed exclusively for students of the University of
Antique who have an antiquespride email address provided by the University. By accessing or using
our app, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these
Terms, please do not use our app.
Eligibility
This app is available only to students of the University of Antique who have an antiquespride email
address. By using this app, you represent and warrant that you are currently enrolled as a student
at the University of Antique and have an antiquespride email address. If you do not meet these
criteria, you are not authorized to use this app.
Account Registration and Google OAuth
To use certain features of our app, you are required to register for an account using Google OAuth.
By using Google OAuth, you agree to comply with Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. During
registration, you must use your antiquespride email address provided by the University.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and
to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for
safeguarding your Google account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account.
User Conduct
You agree not to use our app to:
Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Infringe the rights of any third party, including but not limited to intellectual property,
privacy, and publicity rights.
Transmit any harmful code or other forms of malware.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the app.
Privacy
Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms
by reference. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand our practices regarding the collection,
use, and disclosure of your personal information.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of the app, including but not limited to text, graphics,
logos, and software, are the exclusive property of
University of Antique or its
licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use any content without our
express written permission.
Disclaimers
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or
implied, regarding the app, including but not limited to its accuracy, reliability, or availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law,
University of Antique shall not be liable
for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or
revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other
intangible losses, resulting from:
Your use or inability to use the app.
Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the app.
Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the app by
any third party.
Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of the use
of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the app.
Changes to Terms of Use
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately
upon posting the revised terms. Your continued use of the app after the posting of changes
constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the app at our sole discretion, without prior
notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the app,
us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of the
Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
