You can report issues by submitting a ticket through the support portal (UA ICT Unit FB Page/Service Request Online) or contacting the ICT Unit directly. Please provide detailed information about the problem.

What should I do if I’m locked out of my email account?

Contact the ICT Unit for assistance. Have your identification or verification information ready to confirm your identity.

How do I reset my email password?

You can reset your password through the self-service portal, provided that recovery information is set up, or by contacting the ICT Unit. Verification will be required for security purposes.

What should I do if I suspect a security breach?

Report the suspected breach immediately to the ICT Unit. Do not attempt to handle the issue on your own.
