Based on the Office Memorandum No. 04-31 issued by the Office of the President, the College of Technology (COT) have now changed its name to College of Industrial Technology (CIT). The action is based on the alignment of the college with its curricular programs, specifically the Bachelor of Industrial Technology with different fields of specialization, in accordance with CMO No. 13, Series of 2023 or the Policies, Standards, and Guidelines for the Bachelor of Industrial Technology Program.

The change of the college’s name will further the academe’s goal to prepare students for a professional career in their chosen industry, as it continues its academic journey towards quality and excellence./IU
