Taking care of your mental health is an act of self-love.
On the 10th of October every year, we are celebrating Mental Health Day. Its overall objective as per the World Health Organization (WHO) is to raise awareness of mental health issues around the world and to mobilize efforts in support of mental health.
Set forth by the World Federation of Mental Health, this year’s theme is, “It is Time to Prioritize Mental Health in the Workplace” – for the benefit of people, organizations, and communities.
May this yearly celebration remind us to take good care of our mental health as much as our physical well-being. May we become advocates of self-love and, together, let us break the stigma by supporting each other by allowing in-depth or open conversations with people that matter to us.
While it is okay not to be okay, do not hesitate to seek help when you need to. We have mental health professionals, ever-ready to assist you.
Your mental health matters. You matter!
