PICE-UASC joins Leadership Boot Camp
Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers – UA Student Chapter (PICE-UASC) joins in the Leadership Boot Camp for Visayas Cluster hosted by Department of Science and Technology – Science Education Institute (DOST-SEI) at Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City, on November 9-14.
Ninety-eight scholars from Regions VI, VII, and VIII gathered at Waterfront Hotel, Cebu City to learn and develop the core values of a patriot scholar through renowned speakers who specialize in different fields.
In an interview with Timothy James Ebro, third year engineering student and PICE-UASC representative, he stated that he is privileged to be chosen as one of the scholars to attend the Leadership Boot Camp, and to meet the people who share a common goal of serving the country despite their differences.
“It’s true that you can only bring out the best of your capability when you’re with the right people, and I’m forever grateful to my fellow scholars and (to) the DOST-SEI administration and staff for bringing out the best of my ability and allowing me to realize the purpose for our country,” Ebro further stated.
