Another milestone was achieved during the Charter Week celebration of University of Antique (UA).

For the first time in the history of the university, UA held a one-stop government service hub where different government agencies in the Province of Antique brought their services directly to the Kasubays, at the Paghiusa Hall on November 8, 2024.

Dubbed as “Kaaram kag KasUlhAy para sa KasUbAy,” the event featured a symposium and legal clinic where free consultations and guidance were provided by experienced professionals.

Among the agencies present were the Public Attorneys Office that provided free legal consultation and notarial services; Office of the Civil Registrar that offered free consultation on issues and concerns on Certificates of Live Birth & other PSA issues documents and request for issuance of civil registry documents; Philippine Statistics Office that offered National ID services and catered inquiries and concerns regarding the national ID; Provincial Social Welfare Development Office that issued and answered queries on PWD identification card; and the Department of Foreign Affairs that provided assistance regarding setting of appointment for passport, consultation, and other related concerns.
