After their successful visit of the Centers and Techno-Hubs of UA Tario-Lim Memorial Campus (TLMC) and Caluya Campus, the Integrated Research Centers (IRC) of the Main Campus also conducted an Internal Food Safety Quality and Audit (IFSQA) of the Centers and Techno-Hub located at the Hamtic Campus, on December 5, 2024.

The team headed by Asst. Prof. Jessebel V. Gadot, Director of IRC, together with Danica Marie B. Aposaga, IRC Product Standardization Officer, and Ian Clyde E. Bacongallo, IRC Staff, visited the three centers namely: the Muscovado Center, Dairy Center, and Vegetables and Fruits Center.

The checking and collection of documents, assessment of the area, and integrated research center(s) consultative meeting also transpired during their visit which aims to help the different Research Centers achieve their commitment to excellence in providing quality food safety management practices, as well as identify the gaps and come up with solutions to make the Research Centers fully operational.
