Bachelor of Arts in Psychology under College of Arts and Sciences (CAS) and Bachelor of Science in Criminology of College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE) ink Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with the San Pedro National High School (SPNHS) for project AMUMA: Advocating Meaning and Unified Microsystems of Adolescents, at SPNHS Audio-Visual Room, September 26, 2024.

Expanding the academe’s reach to another secondary Department of Education institution, Prof. Rama Lo R. Amedo, Program Leader, Dr. Wilfredo Muhat, Extension Services Director, Dr. Cecilia O. Salvilla, Dean of CAS, and Dr. Elden John D. Aurillo, Dean of CCJE, signed the MOA in behalf of UA.

The extension program which aims to advocate for unified and meaningful microsystems influencing adolescents or learners of SPNHS through will be composed of four projects: A Peer Who Listens, A Peer Who Cares; Seed of Hope and Action; Doing Full Circle: Fostering Emotional Connections; and To Serve and Protect: With the People, For the People, and will be implemented from September 2024 to June 2025.

Together with Prof. Amedo, the project proponents are Dr. Kristoffer Ryan Gidaya, Prof. Harmon S. Recopuerto, Prof. Joseph Cezar M. Galedo, Prof. Pearl Joy L.
