Gearing up the new Kasubays for what lies ahead this academic year, the Guidance Unit of the University initiated a symposium dubbed as Survivor’s Toolkit: Coping the Demands of Academic Life, at Tiripunan Hall today, September 10, 2024.
Students from the College of Engineering and Architecture (CEA), College of Computer Studies (CCS), College of Industrial Technology (CIT), and Laboratory High School (LHS) took part in today’s Survivor’s Toolkit which is a Kasubay starter pack that will equip and help them to cope with the various demands like academic workloads and other curricular activities that may affect their mental health and academic performance.
Students from the College of Arts and Sciences (CAS), College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE), College of Maritime Studies (CMS), College of Teacher Education (CTE), and College of Business and Accountancy (CBA) are scheduled to undergo the same symposium next Tuesday, September 17.
