𝐁𝐮𝐬𝐚𝐧, 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐭𝐡 𝐊𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐚 – College of Maritime Studies (CMS) Professors, Dr. Eden Patnongon and Capt. Luis Garfin III, together with Deck Cadets Kent Joseph Valenzuela and Alexandra Valencia, joined the 2024 Global Onboard Training (GOBT) Opening Program at Mokjangwon, last August 29, 2024.

Capt. Garfin, who is a representative of the Train the Trainer Program (TTT 2024), discussed the insights needed to comprehend the GOBT 2024 Program’s impact which will benefit the 40 student participants from Fiji, Indonesia, Kenya, Mexico, Peru, Tanzania, Thailand, Vietnam and the Philippines.

The Ambassadors of the Republic of Kenya and the United Republic of Tanzania sent their congratulatory messages during the program which was also participated by Romulo Victor Israel Jr., Minister and Consul General of the Philippines in the Republic of Korea, alongside the different ambassadors, and guests from the Ship Owners Association of South Korea.
