When the stars won’t shine anymore – I’ll be there.
September is a time to remember the lives lost to suicide, acknowledge those who have experienced suicidal thoughts, and the many individuals that have been impacted by suicide.
With this year’s theme: “Changing the Narrative on Suicide”, may we become the ‘change’ by constantly checking on our friends and families, and sparking conversations about mental health. Likewise, let us be bearers of hope and care to everyone who is not okay and at the brink of losing hope.
This goes to all who have been fighting their silent battles. Please know that you are not alone. We are here for you – whether you opt for them shared or dealt with privately. We have mental health professionals who are ready to listen and help you.
May you find a home in the University of Antique.
