Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) Antique Chapter Officers, Government and Non-Government Agencies and Organizations, and Certified Public Accountants in the Province of Antique convened at University of Antique Paghiusa Hall for the Seminar on Commission on Audit (COA) Circular No. 2023-004: Updated Documentary Requirements on Common Government Transactions, February 22.

Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr., University President welcomed the guests and participants of the seminar and emphasized the significance and implications of public accountability and financial management.

Hon. Roland Café Pondoc, COA Commissioner, who served as keynote speaker stated that the seminar serves as an avenue for discussion of debatable portions that the Commission may answer.

“We can also give some insights to make our function as an institution more relevant for the efficient and effective discharge to our stakeholders’ functions,” Pondoc added.

Also present during the event was Ms. Ma. Adela Ludovino V. Evangelio, CPA, MM, LPT, PICPA Western Visayas Senior Regional Director.
