Trainers complete Basic Life Support Training

24 trainers graduate today as University of Antique holds a Commencement Exercise of Basic Life Support Training for Trainers at the New Audio Visual Room (AVR), November 21.

Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr., University President, stated that this training is a way of making grounds on how to make the university system ready.

“We will later implement this and extend this to the various communities in the province of Antique,” he further stated highlighting how the training will help not only the academe but also the whole province.

Dr. Rommel P. Ganganera, Provincial Head of the Department of Health – Antique, also posed a challenge to the trainers to impart through practice the knowledge and skills that they acquired as it will also ensure a safer campus for UA system.

The Basic Life Support Training started last November 10-14 and November 20 with a series of trainings for students conducted by the 24 trainers./IU
