University of Antique recognizes the 166 athletes who represented UA in the Regional State Colleges and Universities Athletic Association (RSCUAA) Meet 2023, at the flag raising ceremony today, September 18.

Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr., University President, acknowledged the effort of the athletes who carried the name of the institution and the province while upholding the values and characteristics of a Kasubay in the regional arena.

“I am very happy and I am very proud last week as your president because we gained the respect of 12 other State Universities in the region when we competed in the Regional SCUAA Competition… As your father, I am very much happy and proud of the overall performance of the University of Antique,” he added.

It is known that UA placed 4th out of 13 schools in the overall ranking of RSCUAA which was hosted by Carlos Hilado Memorial State University, Negros Occidental, last September 10-16./IAP
