UA seals Collaboration with Sejong University through MOU

University of Antique through Dr. Pablo S. Crespo Jr., signs a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Sejong University, South Korea, represented by Prof. Seulki Lee, Director, Tourism Industry Data Analytics Laboratory (TIDAL), July 25, through Zoom.

The partnership between the two institutions aims to provide enhancement of opportunities in higher education, strengthening scientific and technological developments and promotion of cross-border cooperation and cultural awareness.

Dr. Crespo expressed his support to the partnership saying, “I’m looking forward that this collaboration will bear fruit for both universities, for both our research centers especially to the Province of Antique, to the people of Antique.”

Dr. May T. Delgado, Vice-President, UA Research, Extension, and Continuing Education Services (RECETS), conveyed her gratitude to SJU saying, “This is really one of the firsts in the University of Antique and thank you really for this opportunity.”

The signing of the MOU were witnessed by Ms. Julie Pineda, Project Leader, Sejong University, Prof. Jennelyn Omadio, Director of International Affairs Office of UA, Dr. Aldrex Barrientos, Dean of College of Teacher Education, UA-TLMC, Prof. Jaime Española, Instructor from UA-TLMC, and Prof. Risty Clent E.
