Guided by one of University’s core values of social responsibility, University of Antique reiterates the implementation of rules to reduce the single-use plastic waste in the University through Office Order No. 04-33 series of 2023.

The use of recyclable, reusable, and biodegradable alternative packaging materials such as reusable woven bags, cloth bags, rattan baskets, shopping bags made from recycled waste paper and other bags made out of biodegradable materials is encouraged and promoted.

BALUNAN dubbed as “Bring ALong with U for NAtures Nurture” is also encouraged where stakeholders are enjoined to bring their personal tumbler and food keeper as container for food and beverages.
