UA produces MoRice for DOH
To aid the Department of Health Region VI (DOH6) on its feeding program, the production of Rice-Monggo (MoRice) blend is ongoing at University of Antique Extension Laboratory, April 12.
The three flavoured (classic, ube, chocolate) ready-to-cook blend is a product of the University that aims to help alleviate malnutrition not only in the province but also in the whole Region VI.
With the recently inked partnership between UA and DOH6, this project does not only benefit its beneficiaries and the agri-community but also creates employment opportunities./IAP
