To ensure efficient and effective utilization and disbursement of funds, the University of Antique Finance Division holds a two-day Training on Financial Management Services Procedures and Documentary Requirements for Common Government Transactions for Unit heads and clubs and organization advisers, at Busalian Hall starting today, March 20, 2025.

The training aims to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the basic policies, procedures, and processes of UA’s financial transactions through the discussion of topics such as the Basic Concepts in Budgeting, Budget Execution and Process Flow, Requirements in Budget Implementation, Overview of Financial Transactions, Disbursement Voucher and its Process, Preparation of Itinerary of Travel, Documentary Requirements of Common Financial Transactions.

Another training will transpire tomorrow for Personnel In-Charge or Office Staff and Student Officials assigned in processing of financial transactions.
