Ensuring its compliance with the governing rules and mandate, University of Antique (UA) revisited its Citizen’s Charter for review and revision today, March 19, 2025, at the Busali-an Hall.

The activity, conducted through the Human Resource Unit (HRU), is necessary for the university to check whether the processes of its offices are all in accordance with R.A. No. 11032, also known as the “Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018.”

Subjected to the review by the Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) panel are the heads of units and offices across the UA system.

The revisit is also deemed helpful in contributing to the university’s continuous improvement and success by maintaining effectiveness, relevance, transparency, trust, and efficiency of services.
