Raymaro, Prof. Rhea Fe Tamba, and Prof. Lucita Guevarra, taught the PDLs how to bake products such as chocolate crinkles, kababayan mamon, piaya.

The Proyekto ParangabUy-An at Kalusugan: Baking and Food Processing, that is still part of the Holistic Opportunities and People’s Empowerment (HOPE) in BJMP San Jose through CEST started last February 10 and will end on February 24, 2025.

The bakery products will be marketed to different institutional markets and through the assistance of PDL family members to extend the market reach of the products beyond the facility’s confines.
