Bugal recognizes employees, the people behind the success of the University, with Core Value Award, Outstanding Service Member Award as Member of UA BOR, Dedicated Service Award for Retirees, Length of Service Award, Career and Self Development Award, Kadunganan sa Panalawsaw, and Teaching Effectiveness Award.
