University of Antique honors the enduring partnership with the Philippine Civil Service Commission (CSC) through the Contact Center ng Bayan (CCB), a platform that supports the government’s thrusts in good governance, and efficient and prompt resolution of public feedback.

The CCB, mandated by the Republic Act (RA) No. 11032 or the Ease of Doing Business and Efficient Government Service Delivery Act of 2018 will aid not only CSC’s advocacy but also its partner institutions’ in resolving employees’ grievances for discourtesy, red tape, failure to attend to customers swiftly during public transactions, and other similar acts.
