Thirty-six (36) peer facilitators convened at the New Female Dormitory’s Audio-Visual Room (AVR) for a one-day seminar-workshop spearheaded by the Guidance Unit, on September 3, 2024.

With the aim to empower peers through building awareness and tackling social issues, the seminar-workshop featured sessions on Anti-Drugs Prevention, SOGIESC (Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, Gender Expression, and Sex Characteristics), and Responsible use of social media.

The peer facilitators are students from the different colleges of the academe and serves as a crucial extension of the Guidance Unit’s commitment to continue promoting mental health and well-being to the whole Kasubay community.
