Congratulations, Student Regent Bob Colin T. Aretaño, new member of the Board of Regents (BOR) of University of Antique, representing the student body of the whole UA System.

Aretaño took his oath with Commission on Higher Education Chairperson, Hon. J Prospero de Vera III as inducting officer, during the academe’s 109th BOR Meeting at the CHED Central Office in Quezon City yesterday, August 07. Also present during his oath taking were University President and Vice Chairman of the UA BOR, Dr. Pablo S. Crespo, Jr., Regent Norman Morillo, President of UA Faculty Association, Mr. Reiner Paul Teologo, and Mr. Jhay Luces, University Board Secretary.

This year’s student regent is the elected UA Student Government President of the Main Campus and the first UASG president coming from the College of Industrial Technology (CIT).
