The Vice President for Academic Affairs (VPAA) have the following duties and responsibilities:
Coordinates with the President and the Deans/Directors of Instruction, Research and Extension regarding instructional, research and extension programs of the University.
Provides effective liaison between the University and the community, other educational institutions, organizations and foundations on academic affairs.
Initiates and undertakes activities that should keep the University abreast with recent development in teaching, research and extension.
Prepares and pursues a program for faculty and staff development.
Assists the President in seeking donations and grants-in-aid for the support of scholarship and development of the faculty and staff.
